SUMMARY: This Flexhome is conveniently located next to the Oak Leaf Trail with easy access to Milwaukee. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, private balcony, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, and outdoor community pool. __ PARKING: Includes one free assigned parking space in parking lot directly outside building entrance. Add'l spaces are 25 USD per month. Street parking is free up to 5 nights. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1.
