No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees in the amount of 3% of the total transaction cost. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen size bed. The sofa may serve as additional space but does not have a pull-out bed. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, community paid laundry room, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights. More details will be messaged to you. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
