No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a Full size bed. The living room has a loveseat which is not recommended as a sleeping area due to its compact size. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, community coin laundry room, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Free daytime parking throughout the neighborhood. Overnight street parking requires registering for a permit with the city which is free up to 3 nights or ranging from 20 USD for 4+ nights. More details will be messaged to you. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
