Relax after an invigorating day of winter skiing or summer mountain biking and view all the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck throughout the year. This exceptional condo is situated within the wonderful Zephyr Mountain Lodge building, allowing guests to enjoy fabulous amenities, including a heated underground parking garage (the resort charges a separate daily parking fee during the ski season only which is not included) secure bike storage, a FREE private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a stone fireplace fireplace, onsite gym and multiple hot tubs.  The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. There is also a fantastic new rec center just down the road, that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.   The Town of Winter Park is only a 5 minute drive or FREE shuttle away!
