O Apartamento é excelente, equipado com tudo o que é necessário. Está muito bem situado para quem não quer ficar no centro de Nova York e não pode pagar os preços que custa um apartamento no centro. Está a 6/7 minutos do metro da 135st, nas linhas 2 e 3, o que permite um rápido e direto acesso ao centro. Podemos dispor de algumas coisas que são uma valia enorme, como café e açúcar, todos os produtos de banho e de limpeza da cozinha, secador.... e a simpatia e querer bem receber dos donos! Tudo foi muito bom!

The apartment is located in Central Harlem, flooded with natural lighting during the day-time; and conveniently located within walking distance to cafes and restaurants + major Harlem hot spots (see below); nice walk to Whole Foods. Complimentary tea and coffee provided Delonghi espresso + coffee maker combo Nicely updated with wood flooring, new appliances and ample closet space throughout. (Brand new furniture, including office desk with Canon Wireless desktop printer (Scanner, Copier and Fax) and monitor for a functional & productive work space.) New stainless steel appliances (Bertazzoni fridge, Bosch dishwasher, Miele washer/dryer set, Samsung range + microwave) Ample closet space including closet area in bedroom, linen closet, coat closet and add'l closet space in laundry area New wood flooring throughout plus new tiling in Bathroom/Kitchen. approximately 15 minutes walk to Whole Foods market, Chick-fila, Marcus Samuelsson's Red Rooster, Corner Social, Harlem Tavern, Chipotle, Insomnia Cookies, Shake Shack, Slutty Vegan and more.
