Originally from Michigan, Joe made his way over to North Carolina after travelling around the south for flight school and becoming a winged aviator in the Marine Corps. Dale and Lisa wanted a vacation home in North Carolina to visit Joe and their grandbabies. After Joe transitioned from flying Ospreys to becoming a real estate agent, Dale and Lisa bought their first vacation home with Joe's help. Now they work together to help their guests enjoy the North Carolina coast as much as they do when they travel down south to escape the frigid Michigan winters.

As you enter the gate for the surf condominiums, to your right is the laundromat and grill area. To get to the condo take a left and look for the unit number on the right hand side a few buildings down. Park on the outside perimeter spaces, not underneath the condominium building itself. Pool and beach access are both within less than a few minutes walking distance from the condo staircase. On the ground level is the storage closet that holds sand toys, beach chairs, and a boogie board. Take the stairs up two levels to arrive at the door to the condo. Enter the code in the lockbox to retrieve the key and let yourself in. Congratulations! You have arrived. Next step: relaxation.
