The location of this home is unique and offers the best of Gearhart. Shops and eateries are within walking distance (including the local favorite Pacific Way Bakery & Cafe), and fun activities like playing on the beach and playing a game of doubles on the public tennis courts are close by as well. The beach is about a three-block walk away, so you won't waste much time getting to the sand. A perfect blend of traditional beach house and modern decor create an atmosphere that can't be beat. The fenced backyard is a nice place to relax after a day out and about. Light the firepit and roast s'mores while the dogs and kids run around. Please note that there is a nightly pet fee. Gather the group in the living room to cozy up on the plush sofas for a movie night on the large flatscreen TV. Cable is provided so you won't miss your favorite shows.
