This apartment is located directly across the street from the Salt Palace Convention Center, in the heart of downtown SLC and located near restaurants, night life and 3 blocks from the Delta Center!
This brand-new space features luxurious design, original local art, fully stocked kitchen,
and everything you need to have a place to call your home away from home, featuring a spacious living room with a luxurious reclining leather sectional sofa. There are two beautifully designed bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, complete with luxury Serta and Aireloom mattresses. The property includes two bathrooms with luxury toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful deck offering outdoor seating and views of downtown. Enjoy free secure garage parking for one car, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 75” flat-screen TV in the living room, along with TVs in both bedrooms. Additionally, the unit comes with a washer and dryer, including laundry pods.
Amenities include a year-round heated pool, hot tub, 24/7 gym, theater, and conference room. The prime location places you across from the Salt Palace Convention Center, three blocks from the Delta Center, less than five minutes from Temple Square and City Creek Mall, and under 40 minutes to ski resorts and Park City. Complimentary high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. A complimentary twin air mattress is also available upon request.
