365 Blue Vacations is the short term rental company I started after working in Corporate hospitality for over 26 years. I am originally from Colorado and have called Breckenridge my home for the last 26 years. Working for several large resorts in Breckenridge, I started 365 Blue Vacations to work directly with owners to rent their fractional ownership week. My goal is to provide guests a headache free vacation so that you can focus on spending time at quality resorts while creating memories.

Guests can easily access the slopes via the Snowflake Chairlift, which is just a few steps away. After a day on the mountain, ski back to the property using the Lower Sawmill trail. This resort is a perfect fit for families and beginners alike, offering both slope accessibility and the tranquility of a silent getaway.

Grand Timber Lodge is conveniently positioned between Peak 8 & 9. Most travelers fly into Denver international Airport (DEN) and the Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Both DIA and Colorado Springs airport are an easy shuttle ride or drive up the mountain to Breckenridge. While some guests rent a car, the more popular option is to take an airport shuttle. The property has a shuttle for your convivence.
