In the winter, hit the ski slopes at Bolton Valley or Stowe Mountain, both of which are less than 15 miles away. In the warmer months, go for a family hike through the forested trails of Mt. Mansfield, sample a mug of fresh-pressed cider at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and cool off with a tour of the Ben & Jerry's Factory. This sophisticated, kid-friendly home boasts three floors and multiple dens and living rooms - an ideal space to host a large family gathering without stepping on each other's toes.
