A luxe beach resort experience awaits at this stunning 4BR/3.5BA home, where you can take in golf course vistas as you dine on the balcony. Cathedral ceilings, shiplap accent walls, and fine finishes add flair to the airy interior. A gourmet kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community features an expansive pool and sundeck, plus a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. Two on-site restaurants and a poolside cantina offer festive dining options after a day of golfing or swimming in the Gulf.

Cathedral ceilings soar in the living room, furnished with a contemporary sectional and comfy easy chairs. Settle in for a laid-back movie night on the 50” flat-screen, or curl up with a new book in the afternoon sunshine.
A twin-size bed hidden within the ottoman provides additional sleeping space.
KITCHEN & DINING
Work your culinary magic in a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample quartz countertops. A French-door fridge and a gas range make it easy to fix favorite meals.
Five can share coffee at the quartz kitchen island. When it's time to eat, enjoy home-cooked recipes at a dining table for eight.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms and a twin-size pullout in the living room.
The tranquil master suite is detailed with a king bed, 40” TV, and tasteful coastal accents. The en-suite master bathroom has a spacious double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Two additional bedrooms both feature a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. One has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, the other has an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is shared with the fourth bedroom, furnished with a pair of twin-size futons.
A half bath provides added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
