Each Booe Realty property is individually owned and decorated to the owners desire. This makes each experience unique. All properties are non-smoking with parking for at least one car(no trailers or campers permitted). Full kitchen, private bath, separate bedroom spaces and porch or balcony are standard with each rental.

Booe Realty has been an active member of the Myrtle Beach community since 1971. A family owned business at the start and remaining to this day. We offer vacation rentals, annual rentals and sales. All our employees live in the Myrtle Beach area and offer a variety of insight to the happenings in our area.

The Myrtle Beach received its name from the abundant shrub of the southern wax myrtle in the area. The area was originally founded by the Waccamaw and Winyah Indians. In 1936, with the building of the Intracoastal Waterway, Myrtle Beach became a man made island spanning 60 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. The area offers sand beaches, shopping, fresh water boating on the Intracoastal Waterway, many entertainment areas, restaurants and so much more.
