Book a home to remember... Experience old Hollywood glam in our Spanish Villa featuring a gated estate with private pool, manicured gardens and luxury touches throughout. Perfect for a small family or traveling couples for an excellent hotel alternative. This enchanting beauty is over 2,400 sq ft completely secluded, walled and gated for security and privacy. This is a 2-story home w stairs; it is not suitable for small toddlers or any one with mobility issues. Welcome to Highland Haven Estate located in upscale neighborhood of Hancock Park, steps away to iconic Melrose Ave and 20 mins from anywhere in the LA area. Grab a seat by our front garden water fountain or various outdoor places and enjoy our little piece of paradise filled with bamboo trees, olive trees, birds of paradise and citrus trees. Plus be sure to stop and smell our English roses that surround our gazebo. You will find such peace in discovering your own favorite zen spot for your first cup of coffee/tea, catch up on your vacation reading or just meditate. Right outside our private gate you are steps away from exploring all the hip and yummy cafe/restaurants or shopping on Melrose and West Hollywood. Please note we have minimum 25 yrs of age to book. We require valid photo IDs of all Adult guests immediately upon booking. We require our own Hold Harmless Indemnity Form for the pool area and outdoor spaces to be completed prior to your arrival. We require valid photo IDs from all adult guests. Main Level: Contemporary living room with large picture windows overlooking the front garden, water fountain and gazebo. Working desk and receives natural light throughout the day. Plus musician in your group will love playing our grand piano. All interior furnishings and lighting were custom to the home. (Fireplace is non operational). Chef's dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, state-of-the-art Samsung smart refrigerator w filtered water/ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave etc
