A wonderful experience! Great to stay somewhere with so much history. We were ungraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The concierge in particular was very helpful. We enquired about a rooftop bar & 5 minutes later we had a table reserved and were driven there in the hotel car! A lovely moment & a little window into LA life. The food was excellent & the mocktail menu exceptional. We will be back!

Hotel is very cute and staff were amazing, very friendly and gave us tips of the area and how to gey to the strip. Location was close to every thing we needed walking distance to many things including hollywood blvd and lots of food. Room was really big and beds comfortable

Great location - 5 min walk to the Grove shopping centre and the Framers markets. Cafe available next door and a 7-eleven up the road.

Iconic West Hollywood hotel, the rooms are large enough to not feel closed in. Most have a view that's worth taking in. The staff is not only lovely, they're helpful -- from the parking valets to the front desk, gift shop to restaurant. Beyond the infamous Sky Bar, the restaurant is California inspired. Delicious and a room that is worth lingering in. AND you're across from the Comedy Store, but in walking distance of almost anything you could need.

The staff were just amazing, got offered free room upgrade to a door to the pool! Very included breakfast and located in a safe and lovely part of Hollywood

Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Location is wonderful, easy access to great shopping and dining on Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd. Rooftop pool is outstanding!

I really liked the decor, vibe and food! It was the perfect place to stay on our business trip. We really can't wait to come back and stay again there soon and soak up that LA sunshine. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very nice and charming, the rooms were confortable. The staff was very attentive and helpfull. Breakfast and the pâtisseries in particular were great, though we wished there had been some bread too. great hôtel !
