A wonderful experience! Great to stay somewhere with so much history. We were ungraded to a suite which was very comfortable. The concierge in particular was very helpful. We enquired about a rooftop bar & 5 minutes later we had a table reserved and were driven there in the hotel car! A lovely moment & a little window into LA life. The food was excellent & the mocktail menu exceptional. We will be back!

The Pier was cool to see. Beach was nice.

The Pier was cool to see. Beach was nice. Our experience with food was underwhelming (Bubba Gump and Seaside on the Pier). At that location, the food should be amazing (even the quick service type places).

Skip this completely.

Skip this completely. Filthy and smelly with urine-soaked homeless people everywhere. We witnessed one of LA's famous shoplifting situations by a homeless guy. The poor security man in the CVS said there was nothing they can do if it is under $500. In many parts of this city, one can witness the death of civilization. What a pity!

Amazing view from the apartament, it’s really calm place but so close to Sunset Strip and all facilities. I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The host is really nice and everything is so easy.

Everything. Perfect location if you want to visit westwood, beverly hills, sunset strip or melrose district, everything is reachable by bus, bus stop in front of the hotel, the neighborhood is very pretty, the service is awesome, the rooms are soo exclusive and sooo pretty, always clean and tidy, the gym is cozy and never crowded, the pool area is really pretty, i have grown fond of the employees all of them are very kind and lovely, I had no issues during my stay, it was the best hotel i‘ve ever stayed in, thanks

The room itself was big and very comfy. A big storage room too. The Hotel was at ideal location that we could walk on the sunset strip, a lot of things were nearby and everything was easily approachable by Uber. LA itself is very car dependent but the hotel location was good enough to roam around easily and take a short uber. The pool was also great and the live music scene in the hotel was also nice.
