Christian at reception was exceptionally helpful with excellent customer service. The location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, restaurants in DTLA. Grand Central and station were a few steps away. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Coffee, tea, and toiletries were replenished daily. There were additional charges, and the 100 usd holding was released five minutes after checking out. We definitely recommend and stay there again when in LA. This accommodation was value for money.

The room and bed was really big

breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices location was also great, next to two metro stations and near a lot of good restaurants

A legendary hotel that lived up to its reputation. The room we occupied on the 31st floor offered a superb view of the city of Los Angeles.

Location was ideal for fun, parking, getting to or from, getting around, neat, check in simplicity

Very nice hotel and cheap Staff was very helpful and friendly

Great location. Friendly and professional staff

Proximity to public transport

Great location and price for value. The free parking onsite is super convenient if you have a car. It's close enough to Downtown LA that you can easily enjoy the city with a walk or short Uber ride.

The hotel is located very close to the Union Station and was easily accessible. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. They made our stay very conformable. Infact, they also provide luggage storage facilities at very nominal rate. We were in deperate need for one given we had to travel nearby cities for a week, and our previously booked facility with another well known provider didnt work. The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful, offered us luggage storage facilities, with utmost security that too at very competitive rates. We were able to travel stress-free. The stay too was good - big sized beds and rooms along with fridge and air-con facilities. There is 24/7 staff available at reception which again is very helpful. I would strongly recommend the hotel to my friends. Thank you Metro Plaza staff for our stay!!

I liked the location, quiet and safe. It was next to some stores where I could easily shop for any items I needed. It was easily accessible to the LA Convention Center, where I was attending my program. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The place was absolutely clean. The availability of fresh breakfast daily was a great plus!

Easy to find. Located just down the road from Angel flights and Grand Central Market. The room was big and plenty of space. Reception staff very friendly.

Nice stay. WiFi good. Nearest Bus Stop to go downtown area.

Very good location, short distance to the Metro station, good restaurant on the roof.

Great people , amazing staff !

Excellent location, close to metro and very nice and clean Little Tokyo. Very easy connection to the airport with public transport. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The room is clean and the security is good

A very welcoming team, a well-situated hotel, a wonderful place to stay with lot of services and access to sport classes

very good bed, like all those pillows and volume blanket. nice view. nice interior, dressing room. be aware toilet is in the separate room, shower (beyond the screen) and a bath are part of the room. very friendly stuff. bar on the rooftop - liiiike : )

Good access to Mtro. Room was Good.

The apartment is spacious and it's very clean. The staff are very helpful. Close to metro station and bus stops.

Yummy and good the credit for the room helped! I got the waffle and it was refreshing and good but could be that I’m just a college kid who’s on a budget lol

The price was exceptional. Parking was expensive but because of the low price of the hotel as a package of the secretary symbol. A rollerwave bed was surprisingly very comfortable with very fluffy sheets and comforter. I would come back for the coffee alone. the coffee press that you guys have in the rooms is so good. It gives you hot frosty delicious coffee. front desk staff was exceptional. The doorman that was security brought us to the bed and I we gave him a nice tip. He are so kind. The room was small but extremely clean.
