Everything is just perfect and luxurious. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Everyone pays attention to detail. Top tier.

Was clean, had a fridge for use, Had an extra pillows available in the room.

Staff was exceptional. We arrived earlier than expected and they had a room ready. We were given a complimentary upgrade as well. The room was wonderful--we were very impressed. If all Omni hotels are this way, we would not want to stay anywhere else!

Big and spacious room, nice beds , water and coffee offered, good service, small market to grab to eat.

The location and services are very wonderful, The room size is very adequate compared to places around the hotel and most importantly the staff were very helpful.

I had a small health problem , the management was great they responded immediately and took a good care of me. Great stuff

Grateful to have checked in early at 11:30am for no extra charge after a long flight. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Guests are allowed to choose on pastry each morning and they’re free of charge - it was a nice touch. There’s an ice and water machine + a coffee machine with chai and hot chocolates too.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — just a short walk from Little Tokyo Station, which made it very easy to get around. Masuma is working in the front office and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful through our stay. All the compliments and kind words go to Masuma! I highly recommend the American hotel!
