Open and bright first floor 2 bedroom with water views in South End across from Joppa Park! Walk to downtown & waterfront attractions. Off-street parking, private patio & entrance. The two full bathrooms feature marble tile and heated floors. The European style kitchen features sub-zero freezer/refrigerator drawers, dual dishwasher drawers and induction cooking.

Neighborhood info

Newburyport's South End is filled with antique homes, views of the water, several parks, and is walking distance to downtown & Waterfront park events. The rail trail which leads to the Commuter Rail to downtown Boston is steps away. Walkable into town for shopping and dining. Walkable commuter rail to Boston.
