The location is in a very peaceful place away from Norwich (~15min) or any other towns, so if you require convenience of access and walkability, this isn't for you. It's a fully equipped mini house that has all you could need. It is really cool with wonderful views and it is beyond cozy. Beats a random hotel off of the interstate (of which there next to none anyway in the area). Hosts were awesome and responsive (didn't actually meet them though). A simple one-page sheet of instructions would probably reduce the number of times I texted the owner. You get an email with general instructions, but some things are left unanswered, none of which are a big deal though.
