Eric is disabled - a kidney transplant patient - and, after working as an elementary intervention teacher, Melanie is a professional property manager. Our sights are on Europe in the coming years - with Ireland, France and Italy on top of the list. The holy grail would be Australia & New Zealand (maybe some day).
