We had breakfast every morning in the hotel and it was great. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel location is in the middle of the wharf where you can find various restaurants depending on your mood from Gordon Ramsay's to shake shack. There is music at night and always people walking around. We felt safe and were able to get to all the DC attractions with free shuttle.
