Welcome to Jackson River Estate that features 3 dwellings on 900 ft of River frontage in the beautiful Virginia mountains. The main house is over 5000 sq feet with 6 BR, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 15 guests comfortably. It features a theater room with a 75 inch TV, a card room equipped with poker table and wet bar, a billiards room with full size pool table. The bottom floor has a cozy den with gas fireplace, an arcarde game featuring 300 games, a piano, and a second kitchen with bar seating. The bottom floor also gives you access to the outdoor bar, lounge, and an a pool with a water slide that overlooks the river. There are also 2 outdoor balconies on the middle floor giving you even more covered outdoor entertaining space. The cottage is a 3 BR 2 bathroom that offers a nicely equikitchen, washer and dryer, and will sleep 6 guests. The master offers a deck that overlooks the river and mountains. You will have river views from the two downstairs bedrooms. We have given the cottage a cozy vibe that will not disappoint. The final dwelling is a 1 Bedroom Studio that will sleep 2. It is located above the 2 car garage. It has a kitchen, seating area, work desk, and a full bathroom.

Neighborhood info

The property just off of the Jackson River Scenic trail which is known for bike riding and leisure walks. During the summer adults and kids alike will be seen kayaking or floating by in their river tubes. It is well known for the floating experiences offered here. Floats range anywhere from 45 minutes, 2 hours, or an all day 8 hour float down the Jackson River. Nearby attractions Alleghany Outdoor Adventures (river tubing, Kayaking, Mountain biking) 2 Miles Falling Springs Falls 5 Miles Lake Moomaw 6 Miles Humpback Bridge 8 Miles Island Ford Cave 14 Miles Omni Homestead (skiing, restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, golf, spa, flyfishing) 17 Miles Greenbrier Resort (too many activities to list) 25 Miles
