Welcome to Woodrow Lake House. The house is available for family vacations retreat. You can relax and enjoy a beautiful day of fishing, kayaking and swimming with your family in the comfort of your backyard. This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Let the little ones run wild in the 1/2-acre backyard.
I am originally from Romania. My husband is half germen half American, and he was born in Boston. We live in Frisco, Tx since 2008. We absolutely love this area, and we are happy to be part of Frisco community. My husband and I, used to rent lake houses nearby all the time, for us was the perfect getaway. We realized that being near water is very relaxing. We used to just seat on the deck, near water, for hours. Somehow water had a calming effect on us, all the worries would go away. Therefore, we had decided to buy a property on the lake. It took us 10 years to find the right house with the perfect view and perfect location. When this house was listed, I only took one look outdoors at the lakeview and I told my husband we are buying the house. My husband was laughing, and he said, " but you did not even take a look to see the inside of the house yet". I did not have to see the inside the house to decide, I knew it right away from the moment I walked outside in the backyard, that this is the house of our dreams. We love this house, and our plans is to retire here. Our daughter is eight-year-old, and she attends at Frisco ISD elementary school, and we don't want to move her away from the school. We moved to Frisco specifically for the school system. Therefore, we had decided to rent our lakefront property until she graduates high school. Our hope is that our guests will enjoy staying here as much as we do.
