All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All guests must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by their parent who will be in residence with the underage guest 24/7. Reservation must be made by parent who will be in residence 24/7 with credit card in the name of that parent. Proof of age and parental status is required prior to your arrival. This property has a guest maximum occupancy of adults and children as listed. This maximum occupancy applies at any point in time, day or night. Parties, social events, family reunions, or any activity where guests not listed on the Guest Registration Form are present are strictly prohibited. Minimum Check in age is 25. Any cancellation due to a breach of age rules will be subject to the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. If you have any question about whether or not you are breaching the age rules, please ask BEFORE you book! Guests are required to complete, sign, and return a rental agreement and guest registry through Host's online Guest Portal within 24 hours of receipt of the email invitation. Failure to complete these prior to arrival is a breach of house rules and any cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. Once you've submitted your signed rental agreement, the Host will reach out to confirm reservation details, COLLECT A CREDIT CARD FOR INCIDENTALS, and provide other important information. Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and credit card at check-in to verify identity. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Wristbands are required by the HOA of some complexes. Fees vary depending on # of guests, ages, and dates of stay, and additional charges may apply. Some condos may also require a refundable security deposit depending on the season and are also charged separately upon confirmation of your reservation by phone.

A utility room with washer/dryer and 2 tandem parking spaces out front (no garage access) add convenience to make this the perfect location for your South Padre Island getaway! This property is licensed and in good standing with the City of South Padre Island. Wristbands are required by the HOA of some complexes. Fees vary depending on # of guests, ages, and dates of stay, and are charged separately. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until our office closes. After-hour arrivals are subject to a USD 50 after-hour arrival fee (+tax/processing), which is charged separately. This property is pet/animal friendly and is subject to a USD 100 animal fee (+tax/processing) per animal, which is charged separately. Only the animal(s) that are registered with and approved by Padre Getaways prior to check-in are allowed on premises.
