Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Downtown, Xavier, UC, Bengals Stadium, OTR, and Oakley (5-12minute drive) It is newly renovated with a cozy living room, a lot of greenery, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 beds, Smart TVs for entertainment, Washer & Dryer on site, parking spot and easy street parking, and the property is right next to 71/75 highway. This is a perfect space for groups of people and families who are looking for comfort and convenience getting around the city!
My business partner Mohamed and I enjoy traveling and making memories. I have been privileged to meet a lots of great people that have really helped me grow in this journey. Very friendly neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are families who have lived there for years and are very accommodating. You are next to both of the major highways 71/75. Xavier University is within 3 minutes drive. You have access to great neighborhoods nearby like Oakley and Hyde Park within a few minutes as well. The drive to OTR and Downtown is about 8 minutes. Grocery stores such a CVS, Kroger, etc are around the corner! Restaurants like Chipotle, Piada, and etc are within walking distance. There is also a Police station right around the corner! You have access to both of the major highways 71/75 that gets you around the city within a minute drive.
