Inside this comfortable getaway, you'll find a newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel gas cooktop, and a large island that's sure to inspire the chef in your group, plus a cozy living area with a smart flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace to set the mood with additional smart flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms as well. Outside, the property really comes alive with an incredible exterior living space with an island, stainless steel gas BBQ, a luxurious infinity pool with a spacious tanning deck, and pool spa with a cascading waterfall feature. Additionally, you'll find two crushed glass firepits (one poolside, and one lakefront) with built-in seating and stunning views plus numerous chaise lounges for visiting sun worshippers, and a new putting green!

Santo Tomas is a private, gated community built around a stunning nine-acre lake within a short drive of the airport, numerous restaurants, golf courses, El Paseo, the River, the Living Desert, casinos, hiking, and biking. Spend the day on Mt. San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 15 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. For the more adventurous, head to Indian Canyons hiking trails (11 miles from your door) for a hike through the desert and to discover some spectacular waterfalls.
