Located in the famous Mauna Lani Resort, the award winning architecture of Fairways # 1101 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your home away from home. This gated 2 story townhome is a corner unit and has gorgeous views of the France H. I'i Brown North Course 12th fairway. The lower and upper lanai both face the ocean so you will enjoy the skies painted each night. The spacious plantation but modern style floor plan boast 10' high vaulted ceilings. The lower level great room area offers a gourmet kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 4 and luxury vinyl flooring in the dining area and great room. Enjoy a nightly BBQ on the Viking grill as you watch the sunset while dining alfresco at the table for 6pp. There are also two large loungers to relax or suntan on. The entertainment area has an atrium ceiling with plenty of room and comfy furniture to unwind. Read that book you have been longing for, enjoy the large flat screen TV or play games with the family. There is also a full size front loading washer and dryer for your use. The bedroom located on the lower level offers a King bed for your comfort, but can be made into Twin Beds upon request & for a small fee.  There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower adjacent to it. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level. There is a lanai balcony which has wonderful views of the fairway as well as nightly sunsets. Enjoy a glass of wine as you gaze out at the picturesque landscape seated at the teak table for two. The luxurious King bed will guide you to sleep or you can enjoy your favorite show before dozing off. The primary en suite bathroom provides a double sink vanity area, walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub and plenty of closet space. The community has a pavilion with pools, spa, kitchen, outdoor cooking appliances. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.
