Find your home away from home in our Reno Sanctuary, just blocks away from all that MidTown Reno has to offer. Our townhome is ideal for group get togethers, family trips, or even extended work stay-cations. Sleep in luxury in comfortable King beds located in each bedroom, with roomy and modern ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy the fresh air while sitting on the front porch or in our private backyard patio. Downstairs you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, with complimentary coffee/tea & cookware. Our townhome is located in one of the best locations in Reno, with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. With a Walk Score of 95, this is a walker's paradise and daily errands will not require a car. Despite being so close to an urban area, the unit remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy.

Neighborhood info

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique district in Northern Nevada. You'll be within walking distance to many of the attractions that Reno has to offer, with everything else just a short drive away. Overall, the street where the townhome is located is very quiet and peaceful, with limited foot traffic. It is also relatively safe with a school and parks nearby. The neighborhood is a mix of newer homes and more historic Reno homes. While staying with us, you'll be close to over 250+ local businesses, including: - 20+ local restaurants and bars with a diverse variety of dining options, including vegan friendly and special dietary cuisine from cultures around the world - 40+ boutiques / stores, including specialty shops featuring: music, art, fashion, vintage clothing and more - Professional services businesses including marketing firms, accountants, law firms, a co-working space, churches, dentists, and real estate advisories. - 30+ beauty supplies, wellness-related businesses, other aesthetic offerings, including tattoo shops, massage and wellness centers, gyms, and salons. - Accessible and affordable public transit through the Regional Transportation Commission
