Misty Mountains Lodge offers breathtaking sunsets and views of the Appalachian mountains, as well as, magical night skies perfect for stargazing. Located on over 50 acres, the lodge has vast trails and streams. Closer to home, the lodge provides a surreal Japanese garden filled with various evergreen conifers like Weeping Norways, bonsai junipers, Blue Spruces, as well as, herbals like English Lavender. The garden also includes a beautiful pond with a multitude of goldfish, attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, salamanders, and bullfrogs. Inside the lodge, you'll find a luxurious large kitchen equipped with a chef's kitchen including a bread maker, waffle maker, blender, Nespresso and coffee machine; a large master bedroom on the main level and three bedrooms upstairs, a pool table and extra large smart TV in the game room on the lower level, along with books and video games. You'll also have access to a large washer and dryer. Just 20-25 minutes down the mountain, you'll find Lewisburg (voted the "coolest small town in the US"), the Greenbrier Resort where you can golf and tour Congress's nuclear bunker, as well as, boat at Moncove Lake State Park and enjoy white water rafting.
