Beautiful modern home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a peaceful and quiet Ripon neighborhood. Modern furniture and thoughtful design to suit your needs. Great for business professionals, families, or groups of travelers. Few minute walk to Mistlin sports park. No smoking/vaping. No pets. Events allowed (make sure you book based number of expected guests) Blink video doorbell at entrance for your security. Check in and check out times can be flexible, if needed (confirm ahead of time). Happy to accommodate last minute reservations (if made before 8 pm). We are available to answer questions 7 am - 8 pm. Self check-in at 3 pm; checkout at 11 am Features: - Remote operated blackout shades - Privacy film on windows - Few minutes from freeway - Safe neighborhood - Cats allowed - Whole house water softener system - Front door Blink video doorbell (can be disconnected if preferred) - Large gated private backyard with patio Utilities: - Private garage, - Iron, washer/dryer, - Hair dryer, - Lighted makeup mirror, - Keurig coffee maker, - Electric fireplace, - Super fast Wi-Fi, - Laptop-friendly workspace
