This is a newly renovated studio apartment with 480 sqft/45 m² located on International Drive in ‘The Enclave Hotel and Suites’. It is a short term vacation rental - no daily housekeeping available No luggage hold or drop off option No mail or package delivery option The buildings of The Enclave are very old and very dated and definitely need some updates. This is unfortunately out of our control It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants and close to attractions on International Drive and the famous Orlando amusement parks: -The 4 Disney Parks and Disney Springs are a 15 minute car drive away - Universal Studios and Volcano Bay Water Park are about 8 minutes away - it’s 10 minutes from Seaworld and if you like to shop, Millenia Mall is 20 minutes away and one of the Premium Outlets is 5 minutes away. The condo is very spacious for being a studio (bed, sleeper couch, dining area and kitchen all in one room). It has a basic equipped kitchen which allows to prepare meals if you want to eat in. It has a two burner induction cooktop but there is no oven. We do have a toaster oven though to bake, toast or heat up meals. It has a queen size bed and a queen sleeper couch. There is a pack’n’play for infants in the condo but we don’t provide sheets for that. You will also find a microwave and a filter coffee machine

If you need anything check out the supermarket and gift shop across the street. You will find everything you need to prepare your own breakfast and a lot more essentials. It also offers postal service if you like to send letters or postcards. The buildings of the Enclave have been renovated on the outside, but we are honest, the inside, the hallways would need some love. There is no bad smell or anything like that, they are just a little dated. The location is absolutely great. With restaurants such as, Chilis, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonalds and Burger Kind within walking distance. Being on International Drive a lot more restaurants and fun attractions for kids and adults are very close. For breakfast we also recommend IHOP which is also within walking distance.
