Moonrise on Mill St.'s charming 1890's carriage house is situated 1/2 block off Broad St right in downtown. You'll love the unique charm of this Mid-Century and Bohemian designed home that come together to create a peaceful space to enjoy some time away in the Sierra Foothills hiking or swimming in the Yuba. Features a comfortable queen-size bed on the top floor with soft linens and plenty of pillows, as well as a spacious living room perfect for lounging and enjoying a book or a movie. Fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. There is a couch for a single person on the 2nd floor (living room) We are 1 block from the Miner's Foundry and two blocks from the National Hotel/Lola's. Please note that the house has two flights of stairs (see photos). Bathroom is on the bottom floor and bedroom is on the top floor. No Smoking of any kind, anywhere on the property. There will be a fine if rule is violated. No parties, events, or additional overnight guests without prior consent. An additional fee will be charged for overnight guests over 7. Prior consent from the owner is required for any filming on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind. We love everything the Sierra Foothills has to offer! Rivers, lakes, hiking, breweries, restaurants and our quaint town of Nevada City. We will be reachable by phone and live close by so we can pop over if we need to!

Our charming house is located in the heart of Nevada City, a 1/2 block off of Broad St. And when I say we are in the heart of the city, I mean it! The house map location on our listing is spot on Everything in Nevada City is walkable from our house as we are a 1/2 a block off the main street (Broad Street).
