So I found a way to give of ourselves through this small boutique Happy Humanity Homestays, hosted by myself and my husband Jim. We have been together for nearly 30 years and have two adult children. We are a family of creatives, artists, and animal lovers. We intentionally named it Happy Humanity. It’s our way to engage and remind ourselves that happiness is an inside job. We believe in setting an intention to do all things from love the best we can. We love eating well and spending time with our family. We love our vacation quality time together as a complete family. Pine Mountain Club, CA is a quaint mountain village set amidst majestic pine trees inLos Padres National Forest. It’s a quiet place that brings us back to a simpler, slower-paced time. Most of the town's businesses are open Wednesday to Sunday. La Lana Mexican Restaurant and General Store open daily and close by 8 p.m. This is a perfect getaway and there is never a rush here to take in the beautiful surroundings, plentiful outdoor activities, starlit skies, and comfortable accommodations. Remember, you are in the mountains in a heavily forested area. It’s the ideal vacation location, but it’s also bear country, so you will want to be aware of your surroundings at all times and careful to keep your food locked up and the BBQ cleaned after use so they are not tempted to visit for a snack. PMC is a very small village in the heart of the forest. From this cabin you can walk to the club house or the village or a short drive.
