The Overlook is constructed to optimize the views of Mount Le Conte (the 3rd highest peak in the Smoky Mountains). It features floor to ceiling windows on both levels and 4 unique patio spaces from which to enjoy the flora, fauna, and natural beauty. Situated on a private lot away from other cabins, guests will enjoy nothing but serenity and uninterrupted vistas.

Eva is co-owner and CEO of Smoky Mountain Vistas, a family run provider of cabin stays that are as magical as they are unforgettable. Her journey is a tale woven with the threads of adventure and a passion for embracing an unparalleled love for life. Born and raised in Canada, she embarked on a global odyssey, living in eight different countries and traversing over fifty. It is safe to say that Eva’s footsteps have left an indelible mark on how she envisions the experiences of her guests.
With almost two decades of combined work in international education, travel planning and entrepreneurship, it was amidst her global sojourns that Eva discovered a unique passion for the world of short-term rentals. Having personally lived a life sampling temporary abodes on no fewer than five continents, she transformed that experience into expertise. Eva became an aficionado in crafting stays that transcend mere accommodation, curating experiences that linger in the hearts of her guests long after they've packed their bags. Located on Ski Mountain in highly coveted Chalet Village, guests will have the use of 3 clubhouses with seasonal outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts, a gym, a playground and other recreational activities. Just minutes off the Parkway guests can easily visit all of the attractions of Gatlinburg (10 min.), entrance to the National Park (10 min.), Ober Gatlinburg (7 min.) and Pigeon Forge (15 min.)
Ski Mountain has windy roads that are narrow and steep at points. Use of an AWD or 4WD is advised when snow is forecast. The cabin has room for 4 parked vehicles.
