Fully remodeled Interior, all new appliances, linens, furniture, decor, flooring, tile, paint etc. Free onsite parking & WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and Smart TVs. 5 minutes to the Airport, Walk to BSU games, city parks, restaurants, bars and the Greenbelt! Best location in Boise. We manage over 15 units locally, finding the best locations, quality furnishings, decor and keeping the units very clean is why we get a lot of repeat guests!
Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival):
*Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required.
*A picture of your credit card front & back
*The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in.
*3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the
individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can’t be
transferred, or name change after the reservation is booked.
*All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score)

-For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier
-Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time.
Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
