The Tropical retreat is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that has been renovated and furnished with coastal tropical vibes. You’ll find all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and regular drip coffee maker. Coffee and tea are provided in starter quantities. Each of the 2 bedrooms has it's own KING bed with memory foam mattress. You’ll be provided with plenty of pillows and clean white linens for a super comfy stay. Another sleeping area is the QUEEN memory foam pull out sofa in the living area. There is dedicated workspace and high-speed Xfinity WIFI. The living area includes a 55" FIRE smart TV and smart apps. Feel free to use your own streaming apps (local cable is not provided). The bathroom has all the necessities; towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these extra items in your suitcase! You'll have your own private gated outdoor patio to enjoy the amazing Florida weather. The patio is perfect for morning coffee or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation under the stars. Also, enjoy the provided charcoal grill. Shared laundry is available in the rear of the property for guest use.
