This studio efficiency includes a queen-sized bed, wet bar with full sized refrigerator & microwave, bathroom with claw foot bathtub. Heat/AC. High speed internet with a Smart TV, Easy Self Check-in. Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Brenham.

Neighborhood info

Brenham is a quaint community. Blinn college is directly across the street. We love walking the campus & adjoining neighborhoods (especially when it’s band practice.) Walking down town is <1mile & completely do able. Enjoy a 7 min stroll to our local brewery & see what’s on tap for the day! You may park on the street as the driveway (& back yard) is reserved for the adjoining main house.
