Enter this lower unit of a duplex and you will find yourself in an ocean view great room with slider access to the ocean front patio. From comfortable cluster seating in the living area you can watch the large TV with the ocean view in the background. The great room also has a separate dining room along with a well-furnished modern kitchen that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs.
