The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. 🌴 The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! 💦 Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter. ⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! 🏖️💫 Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation.
