The home is beautiful and well kept. It’s situated on a beautiful piece of wooded land (I’d guess at least a couple of acres) with woods and a large marsh behind it. The neighborhood has lovely homes on large parcels of land. I walked around the neighborhood and spotted 4 deer, and 5 wild turkeys. I also located 9 different species of birds. It was heavenly!

On the main floor, the family room is filled with sunshine from the skylight and boasts an eye-catching floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace. The formal living and dining room feature the baby grand piano waiting for you. The large eat-in kitchen overlooks the deep woods of the backyard. Because our home is nestled in the middle of woods and wetlands, nature is plentiful. Our secluded neighborhood creates a feeling of a wooded wonderland, perfect for long, leisurely afternoon strolls. Relaxing on the oversized deck or near a blazing fire in the firepit is the perfect way to end your day. Common space: -Cozy family room with wood-burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings. -Eat-in kitchen with center island. -Baby grand piano. -Formal living and dining room with electric fireplace. -Washer/dryer, etc. -Large sunny deck, spacious backyard for lawn games, firepit in the woods, front porch and walking trails. We are empty nesters and love to share our home. We both grew up in Minneapolis and know many little hidden gems the city has to offer. Our office is in our home, so we are able to assist you personally when you stay with us. Whether you are looking for solitude and privacy or to be social as you travel, we would love to host you!
Our home sits on 2-acres in a quiet executive-neighborhood with lovely streets for long walks. The entire neighborhood is wooded with wild turkeys and deer sharing our secluded habitat. We are located just five minutes from two golf courses, including the famous TPC Golf Course - home of the 3M Open; the National Sports Center - a multi-sport complex sitting on 600-acres which includes a soccer stadium, over 50 full-sized soccer fields, a golf course, a meeting and convention facility, and eight indoor hockey rinks, known as the Super Rink; the Anoka County Airport; as well as a fine selection of shops and restaurants including Bricks Kitchen, The Tavern Grill, Invictus Brewery and Carol's Homestyle Restaurant. We are in close proximity to all major interstate freeways.
