The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living/dining area. Down the hallway is a full bath (shower) and a bedroom with Queen bed & sliding patio doors that lead to the front patio/grassy lawn area. SECOND LEVEL (3Br’s + 2Ba’s)    Stairs will lead you the second level that features our spacious master retreat with en-suite. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level. Off the hallway is a full bath as well as side x side washer/dryer further down the hallway.  THIRD LEVEL (1Br Sky Loft + 1Ba + View Deck)   A second flight of stairs will lead you to the light & bright third level sky loft space, the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun. A set of sliding glass doors leads to our favorite rooftop space, fully equipped with outdoors seating & Ocean + Sunset Views!!  This loft area houses another Cal King bed, 55” Samsung SMART TV, & full bath (shower). PARKING Detached garage with convenient side x side parking for 2 vehicles & easy access into the home.  Approximate dimensions 6.5’H x 7.5’W x 18’D.  Additional overnight street parking is permitted at no fee.
