Perfect location. Excellent facilities. Staff at allmlevels of this hotel excel in all that they do. Room service, front desk and in a special note to the restaurant and bar staff (Eman and Daniel) that made our stay simply exceptional.

The location from the Santa Fe Station was perfect.

Location was fantastic, staff were incredible, breakfast was the best (get the breakfast burrito).

The view was spectacular. We saw our cruise ship dock and we just had to cross the street to board it. The room was clean and a great view of the harbour.

The room was very confortable, spacious, the people in front desk specially Selina very kind and gentle.

I stayed for a night here for work, it was very comfortable!

Perfect location near Little Italy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, I particularly want to mention the House Keeping Manager Julie. We received such kind care and attention from her when we ran into a small issue and couldn't be more grateful for her assistance. The hotel room itself was also spacious with all needed amenities!

Great location near bars, clubs and restaurants, easy check in and clean amazing apartment. Parking was included and near by so could explore other parts of San Diego.

Great location for the convention centre, only a few minutes walk. Right in the centre of great restaurants and tacos. Ear plugs were provided but we don't know why because we weren't disturbed by any noise and we were there during baseball season and the street was busy. Mobile charging points in every room. Very good. Super clean, trendy apartment with everything you need.

Location, very friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast was extraordinary, everything was super clean, the view from the room was amazing, the room smelled really nice. We had microwave in our rooms and even some cutlery and paper plates, everything that we needed was at our fingertips. Amazing experience! The room offered a landline phone which was a huge help as we had some issues with our rental car, so we could call the rental service for free from the room. This was also a huge help.

Great location with the harbour and good restaurants at a walkable distance. Building facilities are great and very well maintained. Apartment has all the facilities as well.

We have allergies. Bagged breakfasts did not work. Coffee was good and we took bottles of orange juice and water.

It is walking distance from alot of places to eat. The beds are very comfortable big rooms

The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a perfect location and friendly staff. The restaurant staff, in particular, were consistently helpful and accommodating. I had a coner room which was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this establishment.
