As you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room adorned with comfortable seating and a pull-out couch bed, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is recently remodeled which is fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing you to whip up delicious meals and enjoy them at the dining table. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, providing a serene retreat after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The second bedroom, is VERY small and features a twin bunk bed, ideal for additional guests or children. While this home doesn't offer an ocean view from its interior, fear not, as the beach is just steps away. Spend your days basking in the warm Southern California sun or take a stroll along the sandy shores, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the Pacific Ocean. For your convenience, a shared one-car garage parking spot is available, ensuring that you can easily explore the surrounding area.
