Nice 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance

Hosting few properties for 2 years already. Trying my best to make guests satisfied during the stay.

there is a lot places to visit within walking distance. less then 10 min and you are at the beach down the street. this part of the beach usually not crowded. few restaurants with bars are right there at the boardwalk. definitely open during the season. pizza place, liquor store,chinese food place,grocery store...all less then 5 min walking. bar right on the bay 5-7 min. oldest and one of the best in AC restaurants Forks and Knifes like 10 min away. of course there is a lot more places to visit. about 10 min walking is Tropicana casino. also there is small park lik 5 min walking. we are in lower Chelsea part of AC ,considered one of the safest neighborhoods of AC.
