Beautiful and modern 1 bedroom condominium located on the 11th floor, the view of the bay and island is AMAZING! Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony. You will feel very comfortable in this condo that has a beautiful view from the living room, dinning room with a table for 4, and a full kitchen!! Everything you need! The bedroom is equipped with 2 queen size beds and full bathroom. Use the balcony to unwind with a nice cold beverage, it is very very relaxing! Stream on high speed internet to download that book you´ve been wanting to read, enjoy this quality time for you. It is the perfect place to do it! Also available for you convenience at property: Beach chairs and umbrella rentals  2 coin-laundry rooms available at the property: one located beside the playground and the other one across from the second swimming pool.  Enjoy a barbecue in the palenque area (upon request for rental).   This Solare Tower condo is located in Bahia Mar resort. You will enjoy walking inside the property while heading out to the beach, steps away from white sands and sunshine.

Popular island activities include, Off-site bird and turtle-watching, and beach four-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature trail. You can also visit the historical Port Isabel and its museums. Don't miss the 100 year old Port Isabel lighthouse! Port Isabel has many cute little shops including antiques and art galleries. Just a 30 minute drive to Brownsville if you want to visit one of the top zoos- The Gladys Porter Zoo. Golfing options available at South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista, or the Rancho Viejo golf club, just 30 minutes away from South Padre. Water activities include Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental.
