Find the best of all worlds at this polished, waterfront home in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, a wonderful escape for swimmers, sun-seekers, and golf enthusiasts alike. In one direction, greet each morning with serene sunrise views across the marsh. In the other, stroll four blocks through the heart of town to the soft golden sand of Cherry Grove Beach. This three-story home enjoys a prime location on the marsh in North Myrtle Beach. Within a mile of your door, find the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Surf Golf & Beach Club, and an assortment of dining, shopping, and other conveniences. After a day of fun in the sun, you'll be greeted back at home by a private pool on the shaded patio beneath the house. Inside, find an open, light-filled living space on the second floor that brings together the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room. Slide open the kitchen's glass doors to let in the sea breeze as you cook, seat your guests at two dining tables and a breakfast bar, and gather on cozy recliners to watch movies (on cable or streaming) after dinner. Spend golden hour unwinding on the balcony off the living room, the balcony off the main-floor bedroom suite, or the third-floor balcony accessible through two bedrooms. There are five bedrooms in all (each with a TV) - the main-floor suite and four upper-level bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite. Additional amenities include a gas grill for summer barbecues, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
