Enjoy the tranquil beauty from one of three private decks -- complete with a hot tub, grill, and alfresco dining. LIVING AREA Spanning two levels, this stylish home features modern mountain decor and upscale furnishings. Relax in the main living area, detailed with two sofas, an armchair, gas fireplace, and 65in cable TV. A second living area is outfitted with a sofa, armchairs, gas fireplace, and 55in cable TV. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to 2,000 USD (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. OUTDOOR AREA On the upper level, a large deck boasts a grill, alfresco dining for eight, and two rocking chairs. A second upstairs deck features a private hot tub and two chairs. Take in views of the peaceful pines from the downstairs covered deck. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the garage and two in the driveway are provided. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. LOCATION For a fun-filled day of skiing, Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly are within 10 miles. In the summer months, drive 15 minutes to cool off on the beaches of Lake Tahoe. Hike one of many nearby trails, including Echo Lakes and the Tahoe Rim Trail. A plethora of dining and shopping options are also close at hand.
