The Porch Lane Cottage is in the perfect location along Scenic Highway 98 in Point Clear, Alabama. Tucked back off the main road and away from it all but close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, Fairhope, and The Grand Hotel. This cottage is only 7 miles or minutes away from the white sandy beach area on the beautiful Mobile Bay. A nice picnic area and a fishing pier (approximately 1448 feet long) is available for fishing. The cottage has one bedroom (Queen) and one bath. There is a front porch and a screened in back porch facing the beautiful and peaceful woods.. The living room, dinette, and a fully equipped kitchen area have a vaulted ceiling, The living room has a mounted flat-screen TV for viewing anywhere in the room. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL There are a few steps to enter the cottage. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. There is no smoking inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies). Dog Friendly (1 dog) MAX weight 35 pounds with pet fee. All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate. Must be 25 years old to rent. STRICTLY ENFORCED
