It is located on Long Point peninsula at Toddy Pond, in the ancestral territory of the Penobscot Nation, one of four Indigenous groups that composed the Wabanaki Confederacy, also known as “People of the Dawnland.” The house perches on a gentle hillside above a sunlit cove in a quiet community bordered on three sides by water. And, everyone can easily gather outside beside the firepit or on the deck as the sun dips behind towering trees. This welcoming home has been designed with peace and privacy in mind. The main cabin includes a bright and spacious great room with a cozy sitting area with armchairs, a plush couch, and a wood-burning stove where you can enjoy the company of your travel mates on cool evenings. It has a small dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a pantry, two bedrooms, a full bath, a half bath, and linen closets.
