Although we don’t anticipate any issues, as our home is meticulously cared for, things in a private home can, on occasion, malfunction, especially in a river mountain home that can be out of our control. Should anything arise, we are available to you 24/7 via Airbnb messenger or our cell phone. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to ensuring that you have a 5-star stay!!!

Wow ..😍.. Amazing Views. Pretty Private Beach & River😍 🏖 🌊 ⛰ 🌄 Retro Casita on the River is the perfect place to relax on the River with a private beach. The remodeled Casita has a full bath, full kitchen, and an auxillary game room to lounge along the River with Spectacular views. This spot of the Kaweah River is so large you can enjoy swimming on those hot summer days or fishing. It has a Smart TV, BBQ, Arcades, WIFI, Foosball, and much more. Its only a 1/2 mile to the SNP entry gate.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is very peaceful. Most homes in the area are on multiple acres so everyone is spaced out. Many people in the area are nature loving people that just want to bird watch and relax in nature with the trees and river. Getting around A vehicle is recommended. To get to the home: You will not need chains to reach the house during the winter season. We are below the snowline. Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon- - Chain requirements are in effect during the winter months. All guests booking a stay between November-May should anticipate the possibility of tire cables/chains being required to travel to Sequoia or Kings Canyon. It is the guest's responsibility to check road conditions and the weather forecast before driving up the mountain.
