This RV (2017 model) sits near the Guadalupe River. Located off of historic River Road between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels, you’ll enjoy the scenic drive just getting to your destination. River Road is lined with beautiful trees and ridges, and you’ll pass two river crossings as it winds its way along the waterfront. You’ll have all the conveniences of home, with this camping experience: AC/heat, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, Wifi/cable. It’s perfect for small families! There are small hands-on tasks that may be required like lighting a pilot light for the oven, or adjusting a knob for the propane tanks. *PLEASE NOTE that we are in a rural area. Although we use routine pest control, insects are normal for a home in this location.

PETS are allowed but at our rental, but are not allowed at the campground where you will have river access. In the RV, please keep them off of furniture and beds. Bring your own pet beds and towels. Do not use our blankets and bath towels for pets. Pets are not allowed to roam free outside. Use pet fee option when completing payment. LINENS & TOWELS are provided. The queen bed will be made but the bunks will have linens neatly placed to be made by guests, as needed. Please request sheets if small couch is needed for a bed. We will provide the towels needed for bath/shower needs but these are not for use at the river. Please plan to bring your own beach towels for after your outdoor water activities and for your pets. A CHARCOAL GRILL is available, but you must provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid. A FIRE PIT is available but you will have to provide your own firewood. Campfires are not allowed during a county burn ban. Status can be found at Comal County website. WIFI is available. TELEVISIONS are equipped with Roku for streaming. EQUIPMENT for tubing or fishing is not supplied. LOUD MUSIC is possible from events at campground next door. LARGE GROUPS can be hosted at my other rentals next door. Please inquire if you have a large group or need additional accommodations.

In close proximity to New Braunfels and Canyon Lake it has lots to offer. Attractions and activities nearby include: swimming, tubing, rafting, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, hiking, birdwatching, geocaching, camping, icehouses, cafes, restaurants, shopping and live music. You could even take a day trip to Austin or San Antonio! Mountain Breeze Camp is within walking distance. Seasonally, they are open for your vacation needs: sunblock, beer and wine, burgers, t-shirts, hats, and water-proof bags. A self-serve ice machine is conveniently located at the front of the property! It has the lowest price of anywhere on the river and sells 10lb ice - either in bulk (directly into your ice chest) or in bags. It also dispenses fresh drinking water.
