I didn't have breakfast at the Inn, but the kitchen was lovely as was the whole house. I loved the garden and spent a very enjoyable couple of hours weeding the pond now that the weather is finally turning decent to get to tasks like that. The hosts aren't generally on the property, but had the fortune of meeting them when I was in the yard and confirmed they would appreciate the gesture. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The Riverpath Inn, is one of Eugene's most famous and historic guest houses. Nestled in the North Whiteaker district, just steps away from Sladden Park and the Willamette River Path, Rose Garden and Skinner Butte. This is an ideal spot for a family reunions, a Spring Wedding, or any number of family and group activities. You'll have full access to a spacious farmhouse kitchen, communal dining room, cozy living room and laundry / foosball basement and sauna. The Riverpath Inn have 5 private bathroom (2 of those with private bathroom) and a Skyloft with 5 single beds for Solo women traveling. Depending of your needs, you can rent the whole house, or per room.
We're a multicultural family that has recently moved from our beloved Nicaragua to bike-friendly and welcoming Eugene, OR. From our previous experience abroad creating and working in a successful construction and property management company, we know how important is the attention to details, caring and taking into consideration our client's feedback, delivering quick response to their needs and concerns and most important of all, honesty and transparency in all that we do. We love to host people, welcome them with a sincere smile, actively listening to their amazing stories, and always willing to offer them a helpful hand when they need it. Riverpath Inn is our business venture that we are creating for our future, the future of our children and the world. The Riverpath is located, nestled around Sladden Park in the north central section of the Whiteaker neighborhood, this amazing house is one of Eugene’s most famous and historic. A few steps from the Willamette River Path, the Rose Garden and Skinner Butte; and also a few blocks away from the eclectic, vibrant and colorful Whiteaker neighborhood festivities where breweries, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, wine rooms, etc can be found.
